GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

GDPR enters into force on 25 May 2018 "General Data Protection Regulation" (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (see here the original document)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union lays down measures to be followed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data. It defines how organizations will manage the data of their employees, clients and associates and applies to all persons residing in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Personal information is considered to be any type of information that can, directly or indirectly, identify a person regardless of whether it relates to his / her personal, professional or public life. It can be a name, a photo, an email address, bank details, business performance details, purchases, tax ID, training, username or ip computer address, and more.

- Througholive.gr keeps its customers' data encrypted (SSL) all the time they are browsing the Througholive.gr pages.

- The customer using the services of Througholive.gr consents and automatically authorizes Througholive.gr through its systems (order form, newsletter forms, etc.) to collect the personal data required (e-mail, name, etc) to complete the act the customer wants to do. Consent and authorization are automatically given by the relevant "check box" in the various forms - requests available at Througholive.gr or in fields that the customer will voluntarily declare his / her details (eg posting the e-mail to a form newsletters).

- Througholive.gr maintains and stores the customer's personal data as long as the customer remains an "active customer" at Througholive.gr and maintains its services or products in it.

- Througholive.gr will not disclose the data it holds to third parties except to senior prosecutors or police authorities if they are requested in an official and lawful manner.

- The customer reserves the right to change or delete the data stored on Througholive.gr by sending an e-mail to info@ througholive.gr asking for the specific action. This action takes place ONLY from the registered e-mail of the owner registered at the beginning of the customer's cooperation with Througholive.gr. If the customer requests deletion of his / her data, he / she should be aware that under a tax law in Greece the data stored in the invoice system of Througholive.gr is NOT DELETED. They will be deleted from the site Througholive.gr but can not be deleted from the pricing system.

- Customer data may be used (re-marketing) by Througholive.gr and ONLY to inform the customer periodically about offers of products or services or for security updates to the service he has purchased from Througholive.gr (such as malicious action to a site by a third person).

- If personal data (or suspected of leakage) is leaked from a security vulnerability of the Througholive.gr system or from hacking, then Througholive.gr is required to inform within 72 hours the Personal Protection Authority Data.

- The customer enters the site of Througholive.gr (www.Througholive.gr) and to activate or renew or buy or contact for a product or service should complete the relevant application forms. The information is stored dynamically in the system of Througholive.gr and used by Througholive.gr to complete the action that the customer has requested (such as call me back, service renewal etc.).

- When the customer enters the Througholive.gr (www.Througholive.gr) site, his IP logs are dynamically and automatically recorded in the logs of the server, which is internally used by Througholive.gr for statistical purposes only ( monthly customer visits, country of origin, etc.).

- In the event of malicious (or even suspected) IP abuse by third party unauthorized users (spam, hacking, etc), Througholive.gr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable IP addresses or a whole range of addresses ).

- Navigating from category to category or webpages on www.Througholive.gr is done with internal hyperlinks. In case (if and if necessary) that the visitor transfers to an external third party site with a damaged or corrupted content, the owner or manager of the terminal site, not Througholive.gr, has the responsibility.

- The collection of your data on the social media pages of Througholive.gr (facebook, twitter, youtube, etc.) is based on the terms of use that govern these websites. E-mail can use the items that are in common view through its official accounts (likes, tweets, views, etc.) ONLY for internal use of company statistics. Those responsible for collecting - storing personal data are the specific sites and not the Througholive.gr.
