Olive oil and diet

Olive oil is a natural fruit juice and rightfully can be considered as the 'perfect food' because fulfills many needs at the same time. It keeps consumer's organism strong and fertile even if the diet program is poor.

Olive oil is considered as the most advantageous vegetable oil. It contains large amounts of vitamins A, B, C, D and E. In the Hippocratic code we can find over 60 medicinal uses of it. Also, it plays a major role in the development of the brain and the skeleton of children as well. It is the only product that has the same ratio of fats with the breast milk.
